Music should always be enjoyable, but we take Professional Development very seriously. Our Music Leaders, staff and practitioners are always learning, whether its using new technology or sharing different ways to deliver engaging music sessions, we ensure that the development and training opportunities are there. Throughout the year we have a number of open training opportunities, for active and non-musicians alike. We also run reflective sessions, allowing people that work with music to share their experiences and learn from one another.
