Rob da Bank’s Music Club is somewhere for teenagers to go to hang out, be inspired, entertained and learn the occasional thing along the way! Workshops, demonstrations, inspirational speakers, general chill out with music and performance.
Rob da Banks Music Club monthly is a free club for 13 – 19 year olds held at Newtown Youth and Community Centre in Southampton.
Teenagers come along and join in many varied workshops provided Including Scratching, Beat Mixing, Lyricism, Spoken Word, Singing, Guitar workshops and Drum workshops.
On site at Camp Bestival and Bestival the Music Club provides the same workshops for 4 days 9am – midnight – providing varied workshops – from Ukulele to Street Dance with Master Classes from celebrity DJ’s and talks from musicians, agents and managers
We will facilitate this in a cosy Tent – made to feel like a House Party / Cool Lounge Vibe with sofas, Coffee Tables and Decks etc all at low level for participation rather than an ‘on stage’ vibe.
