Matthew Salvage
CEO of SoCo Music Project
Matt is the CEO of SoCo Music project and a force for change and growth in the Music Scene in Southampton for over a decade, Matt lends his expertise in project management, and extensive local knowledge to the MIO’s projects.
Andrew Connor
MIO Operations Manager
Andrew is a recent graduate from the University of Southampton, with a background in classical piano, Andrew manages the ever growing list of internal and external collaborative projects, events and programmes run by the MIO.

Jamie Ford
Artist Manager, Promoter and Co-founder PMC
Jamie is an Artist and label services manager at Byta, as well as running So Young Live, Jamie also manages bands Hotel Lux and Mystic Peach, and is drummer of the band Better Joy. Recently Jamie has co-founded Parallel Music Conference.

Marketing expert and founder of Trauma Management, and co-founder of Parallel Music project as well as a frequent contributor to So Young Magazine.
Neil Simpson Treloar
Music Manager and Educator
Neil is an experienced artist manager and industry professional, having worked with artists such as Catfish and The Bottlemen and Jono McCleary. Neil also is a lecturer in Music Management at the University of Southampton.
Gavin Foord
DJ and Producer
Founding member of DJ group FooR as well as SO Movement, a local Gavin operates out of his Studio in Southampton, where his numerous labels are based.

Billy is an artist manager and promoter based in Portsmouth, founder of Fitz Promotions and Golden Touch Festival

Lou is a sound engineer and producer at the Ranch Production House, and works with a wide range of artists and genres.
Laura Whibicks
Recording Label and Deal Brokerage Specialist
A trustee of SoCo Laura is the Director of Music Licensing for Amazon Prime Video, Music & Studios, a leading strategist in go-to-market strategy, Laura previously served as head of Commercial Development at Spotify.
