Introducing ‘The Playbook’

The new and improved successor to our previous ‘Cut Through The Noise’ is run by Parallel Music Conference (PMC) in collaboration with SoCo Music Project. ‘The Playbook’. These events are the first point of call for anyone who wants to be involved with the MIO or PMC and its development and support programmes such as ‘Sounds of South Central’

‘The Playbook’ is a monthly networking, and masterclass session at hosted across Southampton’s amazing venues, each session is themed round an area of the music industry e.g. marketing and branding, where we bring you a panel of experts to discuss the issues facing artists in that area.

Holding Back the Ears’ – March 2024’s Cut Through the Noise Masterclass focused on understanding the emerging trends in Digital and Social Media Marketing and Artist Promotion, an ever-evolving and often time draining part of emerging artist businesses.
