Since 2012, we’ve developed our range of music engagement programmes for adults with alcohol and/or substance misuse issues in partnership support providers such as Society of St James, Change Grow Live, Richmond Fellowship and No Limits. Our teams understand the challenges you live with and are committed to providing a space for you to feel safe, supported – and have fun. In the words of one participant, ‘No-one judges’
There are four different activities available every week. Every session is free to attend.
- Vocal Group: Wednesdays 1.30-3pm from Edmund Kell Unitarian Church
- Songwriting: Thursdays 3-4.30pm from the Pavilion
- Beginner Music Making: Fridays 12.30-2pm from the Pavilion
- Jamming: Fridays 3-4.30pm from the Pavilion
We need to know who is coming along so if you’d like to come along any of these sessions, contact Mark or if you are already a service user for CGL, chat to your key worker about a referral
