School’s out, but we’re still busy, delivering inclusive and exciting music making around the region.
On Monday we are music making in Aldershot at the West End Centre with PAG – Parent Action Group for Special Play. These MADD sessions – Music, Art Dance and Drama – are open to children and young people with addition needs, who are aged 5-18, and also to their siblings.
Also on Monday, we’ll be running our regular songwriting workshop as part of our Music for the Mind session for adults facing challenges around their mental health, at Hoglands Pavilion in Southampton
On Tuesday we’re running our Music Active session at Society of St James Linden House. This is our beginner music making with adults, delivered here for those suffering from alcohol related dementia.
On Wednesday we’re hosting a Studio Day for the ReGeneration “Lets Make and Album” project. This is a social prescribing programme for 11-25 year olds with long term health conditions at Southampton Children’s Hospital.
On Thursday we will Make Some Noise in our music making session for adults with Learning Difficulties – these are so much fun.
And we’ll close the week on Friday with our Recovery Programme – a special music making for adults in recovery from substance misuse.
Whatever you get up to this half term ,we hope you have fun and make some great music – we will!
